Domestic Shipping
Our products shipping costs vary from order to order. Deliveries are handled by Royal Mail track and signature to limit the possibility of missing packages.
International Shipping
Our postage fees cover delivery costs but much like every package going through customs you may face upon additional charges due to shipping internationally such as taxes or custom charges. Our products delivery vary depending on which regions your delivery is traveling to. Please check your countries custom fees.
Returns
Return Cost
If your item is defective upon arrival we will offer replacement parts. Due to the nature of the materials wear and tear is to be expected, our product increases the life span of your puppet but it will eventually break. If you have any issues please let us know so it can be resolved if delivered faulty within 14 days of arrival.
14 Days to Return
Customers must contact our email (info@stopmotionbones.com) within 14 days of receiving their goods that they want to return. They then have another 14 days to return the goods once the return has been accepted. Customers are responsible for ensuring their return’s condition and physically reach us within 14 Days of notification.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to being a relatively small business which produces hand assembled products we remind customers we will only be accepting returns if the item is defective. If parts are damaged we can offer replacement parts upon receiving proof via our email info@stopmotionbones.com.
